Mad T Time - DCA Park
Music lovers used to tumble down the Rabbit Hole and enjoy the best cover band in Anaheim - the Mad T Party Band. They turned 3 years old on Memorial Day weekend 2015, and would have turned 4 in 2016, if they hadn't held their last jam on March 30, 2016.
Mad Hatter, Alice, Dormouse, Caterpillar, Chesire Cat, and March Hare were portrayed by talented local musicians, many of whom have worked at Disneyland for years. These versatile entertainers sang old-time western tunes or crooned in a barbershop quartet by day, transforming themselves to rock out by night. Thanks to their Mad T success, Cast Members like Nathan Shrake (Mad Hatter), Dan Franklin (Dormouse), and Jenny Kidd (Alice) have taken their careers to the next level with commercials, videos, high-profile performances, new bands, and album releases. But they don't do it for the fame--it's for the love of the music.
Mad T dazzled, covering tunes by Blondie, No Doubt, Rihanna, Journey, Pink - the Mad T Party Band covered it all, in the midst of a psychedelic graphics-and-light show, weekends off-season, and nightly during the summer and holidays. Click the photo (left) or the button (below) for a brief journey to Wonderland/Underland. But be warned: they were all a little mad there!
